To get started you create your employees in VidiClock and set an opening balance for each hour account, so that overtime and negative hours are correct from day one. VidiClock can be tested free for 30 days without payment details, so you can trial the switch in parallel at your own pace. There is no setup fee, and personal onboarding assistance plus support by email and phone are included in the price.

At the launch price VidiClock costs a flat €9.90 per month for up to 5 active employees, €19 up to 10, €45 up to 25 and €89 up to 50 employees, each plus VAT; from 50 active employees we prepare an individual offer. Yes. Scheduling with areas and push notifications, a digital time clock, absence and leave management, hour accounts and reporting with CSV and PDF export are standard in VidiClock. A DATEV payroll export is available on top. All features are included in every plan.
