To get started you create your employees in VidiClock and set an opening balance for each hour account, so that overtime and negative hours are correct from day one. VidiClock can be tested free for 30 days without payment details, so you can trial the switch in parallel at your own pace. There is no setup fee, and personal onboarding assistance plus support by email and phone are included in the price.

At the launch price VidiClock costs a flat €9.90 per month for up to 5 active employees, €19 up to 10, €45 up to 25 and €89 up to 50 employees, each plus VAT; from 50 active employees we prepare an individual offer. All features are included in every plan, billing can be cancelled monthly, and with annual payment you pay 10 monthly prices. Please refer to the provider for the current prices of Ordio.

VidiClock bills by the number of employees set up as active, not by location: one flat price per month, no matter how many sites your team works at. Employees set to inactive or who have left do not count towards it. From 50 active employees we prepare an individual offer.
