About us
VidiClock is a product of VidiScope GmbH from Senden near Ulm, Germany. This page explains who we are, what VidiClock is and the principles we work by.
Who we are
VidiClock is developed and operated by VidiScope GmbH, Römerstr. 27, 89250 Senden, Germany. The company was founded in 2026 (Memmingen district court, HRB 22291) and builds on more than 20 years of experience in web development. The managing director is Valentin Schierhuber.
The company family also includes VidiReserve, a commission-free reservation system for restaurants and booking system for events and courses. More about the company at vidiscope.com.
What VidiClock is
VidiClock is software for digital time tracking and staff scheduling for small and medium-sized businesses in hospitality, trades, care and retail. Employees clock in and out in the browser, in the employee app for iOS and Android or at the terminal app on a tablet; the back office handles rosters, absences, hour accounts, reporting and the DATEV payroll export.
Billing is a fixed monthly price per package size that includes every feature: 30-day free trial, cancel monthly, no setup fee. Pricing
