The current prices apply to everyone who starts during the launch period – and existing customers keep their price permanently (price guarantee). The regular prices will later apply to new customers only.

Every person set up as active in your VidiClock – regardless of full-time, part-time or mini-job. Employees you set to inactive or who have left do not count towards the plan size. You always pay the fixed price of your plan, never per head.
