Yes. "Copy previous week" brings last week's assignments into the current week, and "Auto-fill" populates the week based on the usual working days. In both cases entries that already exist are kept, so you only adjust the exceptions.

Yes. As soon as you publish the weekly plan, everyone affected sees their shifts in the employee app for iOS and Android and receives a push notification. While you are still planning, the plan stays an internal draft.

You reassign a shift in the weekly grid in one step and publish again – the people affected receive another push notification. Unfilled duties can be posted as an open shift that staff sign up for, and shift preferences show in advance who is available when. Approved absences and special days are marked in the plan.

No. Shift planning, time clock, absences, hour accounts and reports are included in every plan; you only choose your team size. The Starter plan, for example, costs €19 flat per month for up to 10 active employees, net plus VAT.
