While you are planning, the roster stays an internal draft. Once you publish it, all carers see the current status online and receive a push notification in the employee app for iOS and Android.

VidiClock records actual working times to the minute and logs every clocking action in an audit-proof way. That gives you a clean basis for premiums, and every carer can see their hour account with target, actual and balance.
