Your fitters clock in, out and on breaks with a single tap in the employee app for iOS and Android, or in the browser on their phone. You need no time clock and no other special hardware for this.

VidiClock records the time between clocking in at the start of work and clocking out at the end to the minute. If your fitters stay clocked in while driving to the next job, that time is documented; they clock breaks separately so these are deducted correctly.

You group your team into areas, for example per crew or trade, and plan and evaluate separately by area. In the report you filter by period, area or individual person and export the result as CSV or PDF.

For 8 active employees you use the Starter plan at €19 net flat rate per month, valid up to 10 active employees. Every feature is included, there is no setup fee, and you test free for 30 days without payment details.
