VidiClock keeps an individual hour account with target, actual and balance for every person, so overtime and undertime are visible at any time. For payroll you export the report as CSV or PDF, and for your tax advisor there is also the DATEV payroll export.

All active employees of your company are counted, regardless of how many branches you run: for 20 people you use the Team plan at €45 net flat rate per month, valid up to 25 active employees. Billing is a flat rate, never per head.
