Delete account & data

VidiClock is an employer-managed application. Employee accounts are created and managed by the respective employer (the business that uses VidiClock). This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Contact your employer — the business that provides you with VidiClock can delete or deactivate your account directly in the system.
  2. Alternatively or additionally, send an email to datenschutz@vidiscope.com with your name, the company name (or company code) and your username. We will forward the request to the responsible business or carry it out.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, your personal master data (name, contact details, personnel number), your login credentials (username, password) and any device / push tokens are removed.

What data may be retained

Time-tracking records (clock-in/out entries, schedules, absences) may be kept for the period required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. labour and tax law) before they are deleted. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
